Shift Manager

Who We Are

We are more than just your local restaurant—we are a network of hardworking, community-minded small-business owners dedicated to making a positive impact every day.

From coast to coast, McDonald’s Canada proudly serves more than 2.5 million guests daily across over 1,400 locations. Beyond our restaurants, we are deeply committed to giving back, having supported over 387,000 Canadian families through Ronald McDonald House Charities.

When you join our team, you become part of a brand that values people, community, and growth just as much as great food and service.

About McDonald’s

McDonald’s began in 1954 when Ray Kroc discovered a small burger restaurant in California and saw the potential for something extraordinary. In 1967, McDonald’s Canada opened its first restaurant in Richmond, British Columbia. Since then, we’ve continued to grow alongside our communities, serving quality food at great value.

Today, McDonald’s Canada is one of the world’s leading foodservice retailers, offering opportunities at both corporate-owned and independently owned franchise restaurants.
