Job Description

Candidate must have strong work ethic and able to work into a supervisor role. Willing to come into the workplace with an open and positive attiutude to support shift leaders and crew, as well as deal with customer flow of the restaurant and any complaints that may arise.

Other job highlights will entail:

-Greeting guests, taking orders and processing payments as needed

-Preparing Food/drinks in a safety+ manner as well as following proper policies and procedure

-Managing mobile order and curbside orders as well as front counter and drive-thru

-Assembling Orders and packaging

-working in the kitchen when needed

-keeping all surfaces clean to ensure the safety for both yourself and our guests

-being supportive to crew as well as training them

-conducting station observation checklists as well as coaching with modules to all crew

-being supportive to your higher managers to keeping gold standards of business

-having access to the skills development and education that will help promote to future and higher entitlements

-using Fred and campus to McDonalds system for certifying onto department manager roles
