Details of work place territory: West Island McDonald's Restaurants Franchise office.


Main functions

  • Facilitate employee programs from recruiting, onboarding and follow up on learning and development
  • Responsible for employee communication using in house program
  • Prepares and posts all social media content.
  • Monitors social media channels for comments and direct messages and responds or escalates as appropriate
  • Overseeing our Social Media pages for recruitment and maintaining job postings and marketing media


Requirements and working conditions Education: Studies in marketing, communications or journalism an asset

Years of experience related to the job offer: 6+ months experience (or

stage)


Description of qualifications: Must have excellent verbal communication

skills in both English and French fluently, written and spoken. Have computer

knowledge, WORD, EXCEL. Knowledge of media production and communication

(Facebook, Instagram, TIKTOK, Twitter etc).


 Must maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential

 Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
