Remuneration

- Annual salary of $50,000 to $65,000 Job

 

Description

Reporting to the Human Resources Management Advisor, the coordinator will play a generalist role with a strong Health, Safety and Social Benefits for the company which owns 6 McDonald's restaurants (Boucherville, Varennes, St-Amable, Ste-Julie, Longueuil). 

 

Main Responsibilities

- Support the recruitment process and supporting tools.

- Provide and implement recruitment strategies for each position.

- Adopt a proactive strategy to find candidates for vacant positions and create a talent pool for future recruitments.

- Develop and implement a strategy to promote the employer's brand image.

- Revise and implement Health and Safety procedures.

- Participate in restaurant Health and Safety committees.

- Support the company's benefit programs in their development and implementation (RRSP, insurance, vacation, partnerships, etc.).

- Perform all other related tasks.

 

Profile sought

- You have a college or university degree in human resources management, industrial relations or any other appropriate discipline.

- You have relevant experience of at least 1 year in a human resources coordinator role

- You have acquired solid knowledge of best practices, tools, staffing processes and OHS standards.

- You master the Microsoft Office suite and have ease with computer tools.

- You are able to move between our different restaurants (Boucherville, Varennes, St-Amable, Ste-Julie, Longueuil).
