Duties

  • Support the Manager of Digital & CRM strategy in planning digital engagement strategies that drive adoption and usage of the McDonald’s app and MyMcDonald’s Rewards program
  • Support and drive digital integrations for loyalty and CRM initiatives, working closely with brand, media and agency partners to build digital activations and experiences across the marketing calendar
  • Support on managing key segmented audiences, lifecycle journeys, and digital app offer plans, partnering with Business Insights to analyze performance, share test‑and‑learn results, and identify opportunities for ongoing optimization.
  • Support the planning, launch and optimization of loyalty and partnership rewards, working cross-functionally with global, legal, technology, CRM and external partners to ensure readiness and seamless execution
  • Identify key customer opportunities derived from data/insights to further drive growth for the business and influence prioritization of digital engagement plans
  • Support in enabling the digital technology roadmap in partnership with global and technology teams
  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and manage timelines, deliverables across key stakeholders
  • Support the development of creative and strategic briefs for internal teams and agency partners for digital integrations in the McDonald’s App.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of direct experience in digital marketing, CRM, loyalty or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant subject
  • Strong understanding of digital engagement strategies including mobile apps, loyalty programs, CRM communications and customer lifecycle journeys
  • Experience in audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and digital offers
  • Exposure to loyalty rewards and partnership initiatives, with an understanding of cross‑functional coordination requirements and executional needs
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced and matrixed environment and managing timelines across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights to inform offer strategies and inform digital engagement planning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare materials and present updates or insights to internal stakeholders
  • A consumer-led thinker who has a strong interest in digital trends and competitive activity, and with a curiosity to learn and apply new approaches
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for end‑to‑end deliverables, with the ability to independently drive work forward and deliver results.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $76,799 - $102,398 per year
