Administrative Coordinator

Wage ranges from $20-$25 , based on prior experience.
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support operations across our five McDonald’s locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys bringing structure to dynamic workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage restaurant work orders and support tickets using the MaintainX platform
- Communicate with restaurant teams to gather necessary details (photos, videos, descriptions) to help prioritize repairs and resolve issues efficiently
- Contact vendors for quotes and assist with organizing invoices and service reports.
- Prepare meeting agendas, send calendar invites, and take minutes during internal meetings
- Maintain our internal task management system by adding tasks, updating progress, and supporting restaurant teams with follow-ups
- Create simple social media posts (e.g., product launches or announcements); no prior experience required
- Perform general office duties including checking mail, ordering supplies, and light cleaning
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets
- Previous experience in administrative support or executive assistant roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
- Bonus: Familiarity with social media platforms or content creation
