Details of work place territory: West Island McDonald's Restaurants Franchise office.

Main functions Administrative duties, answering phone, managing owner's agenda, assistant to the controller, filing, daily

ledger, data entry, payroll using in house software, Acomba Accounting and ADP Pay specialist payroll system, accounting (receivables and payables) program, closing of month and year.


Requirements and working conditions:

Education: high school finished, DEP in secretarial or accounting an asset

Years of experience related to the job offer: 6+ months experience (stage)

Description of qualifications: Must be able to communicate in both English and French fluently, written and spoken. Have computer knowledge, WORD, EXCEL, familiar with accounting terms and background. Experience in Payroll would be an asset.
