Crew Member — Kitchen and Service

Job Summary

We are looking for Crew Members to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant and to an exceptional customer experience.

Crew Members may be required to work in different areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, front counter, or drive-thru. They participate in food preparation, customer service, order assembly, and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant.

This position is ideal for someone looking to gain their first work experience or develop their skills in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and provide fast and friendly service;
• Take orders and process transactions accurately;
• Prepare food and beverages according to established standards;
• Prepare and assemble takeout, delivery, and online orders;
• Ensure the smooth operation of drive-thru and front counter service;
• Receive and process product deliveries as needed;
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe;
• Complete cleaning and closing duties according to established procedures;
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards;
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide an exceptional customer experience;
• Communicate effectively with the Shift Manager and other team members;
• Complete necessary tasks to ensure the restaurant is ready for the next shift.

Candidate Profile

No previous experience is required. Full training is provided to ensure candidates are comfortable with their responsibilities.
